Customers may order by e-mail or FAX. Specify the product number, or type of pearls you wish to have, with your contact addresses including your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address and/or FAX number.
In one business day or two after receiving your order, we will send you confirmation of your order and availability of the product. |

| | Method of Payment | We accept the payment by wire transfer to our bank accounts in Japan or Italy. US dollars and Euro are accepted. Detailed payment instruction will be included in the order confirmation. |

Shipment |
Canilli Pearl use FedEx, EMS, and UPS to ship its products internationally according to the convenience of location and the service.
Products are shipped within two business days after confirming the payment. All orders are insured upon shipment and will require a signature on delivery; after that the item is not any more insured.
Please note that some countries may charge additional tariff (custom duty/tax) on the recipient, please contact us for more additional informations. |

Return Policy |
To ensure your satisfaction with the pearls you purchase, Canilli Pearl offer you seven days full money back guarantee (less shipping and insurance cost) starting from the day you sign for the receipt of the parcel.
If you decide to return or exchange the product, please contact us and request return authorization number to send back, otherwise we cannot accept. The product should be returned in all original packaging and all accompanying materials. The tag of quality control (issued and attached to the necklace by the Japan Pearl Exportersf Association) should not be removed and reattached again as the return policy applies when we receive the pearls unused and undamaged.
As we receive the product, we will notify you by e-mail, and will send you the corresponding amount back by bank transfer within three business days.
